At Frontier we understand your need for confidentiality. Our work with diagnostic specimens, drug tests and court documents has instilled in us the absolute necessity of keeping all information to which we are exposed secure and private. Our drivers are trained to comply with HIPAA standards, and they understand that any breach in this code of conduct and confidentiality will result in their immediate termination. Never in our long history have we ever had to terminate a driver over an issue of confidentiality.
