Dispatching
We are always on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have to be, our service is basic and essential to the community, especially our work with blood banks and hospitals; so, waiting until Monday morning is just not an option. As a result, whenever you call Frontier, day or night, weekend, holiday, or work day, inclement weather or no, you will speak with one of your live dispatch operators and within minutes, one of us will be on the road fulfilling your order. And the driver assigned to your delivery will be using state-of-the-art GPS and mobile communications technology. We do not use answering services or machines, so our dispatchers are in constant, real-time communication with both our drivers, and as needed, with our clients.
