We have used Frontier Couriers for several months and have been extremely pleased with their service.
Frontier's services for us have been more unusual than a standard service as our department is with Special Events for a non-profit organization. We have to comply with University policies and procedures and Frontier Couriers have been able to meet our stringent requests of being at an event location at a designated time to meet a staff member to carry deposits to our bank and to pick-up and drop off funds within the campus. We also, however, have used Frontier Couriers for other large item delivery services.
We have found Frontier drivers to be polite and prompt and their prices are competitive to other courier vendors.
If you are in the process of changing courier services I would recommend testing Frontier Couriers for yourself. I think you will be very pleased with their service.

BancMarc, a barter/exchange business headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, has been using the services of Frontier Courers since 1987. As a mother business that promotes the trade of services (not cash) among member business totaling 1000, we have a need for courier and delivery services on a daily basis. Frontier is always there when we need them. As a cost analysis measure, we have researched other couriers over the years, but none can compete with the reputation that Frontier holds -- reasonable prices and reliable, prompt service. This letter serves as one of recommendation for Frontier Couriers, 1140 Wilkinson Road, Richmond, Virginia.
We have been using the services of Frontier Couriers for almost ten years. In fact, Frontier has performed 75-85% of our out-sourced pickups and deliveries. They have run routes, delivering supplies to hospitals, and retrieving blood specimens to be processed in Richmond. And, on an "as needed" basis, they manage other routes when our employee drivers are out sick or need time off.
The nature of our business is to provide blood at a moment's notice to hospitals, and the primary service that Frontier has provided us is the expeditious delivery of these emergency blood supplies to hospitals throughout the state of Virginia. We call Frontier to provide this service because their staff and drivers are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The drivers are experienced, trained to be adept in the handling of our product, and actively understand the importance of delivering our product in a prompt, safe, and professional manner. Furthermore, Frontier's vehicles are equipped with the requisite supplies for blood delivery, e.g., coolers, spill kits, gloves, etc., to fulfill all OSHA and HIPAA mandates. Again, their drivers are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in all aspects of this emergency delivery process.
I look forward to continuing a long relationship with Frontier because of their longstanding reputation for dependable and professional service. I recommend Frontier to any company, particularly one in the medical field, that also demands such services.
